AR quality inspection on the part

CAD meets the part.Deviation meets decision.

SuPAR overlays the digital target geometry onto the real part using augmented reality. This makes inspections visible, traceable and documentable directly on the shop floor.

The gap in the inspection process

The drawing explains. The part decides.

Anyone switching between a CAD model, technical drawing and real part has to combine the information mentally. SuPAR brings the reference to the point of inspection.

TARGET

Make CAD geometry visible

Relevant edges and components appear as an AR overlay directly on the physical object.

ACTUAL

Detect deviations on the part

Missing, incorrectly positioned or geometrically deviating features are inspected where they occur.

EVIDENCE

Document results traceably

Checkpoints, photos and annotations are incorporated into digital inspection reports.

One process chain

From the CAD model to the documented inspection result.

Three modules work together. Each handles the part it was designed for.

SuPAR Composer

Prepare

Import and structure CAD data on a Windows PC and configure it for inspection.

  • Generate tracking edges
  • Create inspection steps and checkpoints
  • Prepare projects for the app

Quick answers

What matters before a demo.

What hardware does the SuPAR App require?

The SuPAR App runs on an iPad Pro with a LiDAR sensor. SuPAR Composer is used on a Windows PC.

Does SuPAR work without an internet connection?

Yes. Prepared projects can be used entirely offline for inspection on the shop floor.

Which CAD data can be processed?

SuPAR Composer supports more than 20 native CAD and exchange formats, including STEP, JT, CATIA, SolidWorks, FBX, OBJ, glTF and others.

Which reports can be created?

Inspection results can be exported with photos, annotations and 3D visualisations as PDF, Excel, Word or 3D reports.

Does SuPAR replace existing metrology?

SuPAR is designed for visual, interactive inspections. We determine its role in your existing inspection process based on the specific part and use case.
